De Paul Antique Wine Caves & Restaurant is the revival of the historic cellars of Lazaristes monks who lived in Santorini for about 200 years. In its underground Kanaves the monks produced Vinsanto for the Vatican. Today it is a unique food and wine destination in Fira within the Katikies Garden Hotel.
