Continuing the promotional activities for the 50 GGW The List | 2023, we are pleased to announce another event abroad. This time in Paris, the undisputed wine capital of Europe, a market that shows excellent prospects for Greek wines and specifically for the 50 Great Greek Wines platform.
The “50 GGW | Panorama in Paris” will take place on October 8th 2024, with the support of the Greek National Tourism Organization, and will include a Masterclass at the 5-star Hôtel Fauchon and a Wine Dinner for 14 VIP guests at the 3 Michelin star-awarded Alléno Paris, one of the greatest restaurants on the planet.

The inclusion of the word “Panorama” in the title of the event embodies the idea that all 50 GGW activities accompanied by the word “PANORAMA” are intended for all winners of the 50 GGW, regardless of the year. This way, past and current winners of the 50 GGW have the opportunity to participate, presenting an increasingly comprehensive picture of Greek wine abroad.
The Masterclass will take place at Hôtel Fauchon and will be presented by Yiannis Karakasis MW and Jeremy Cukierman MW as a special guest to a professional audience of 30-40 people. It will feature 18 labels from the 50 GGW lists across all three years. The dinner will take place on the evening of the same day at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Alléno Paris, an iconic gastronomic destination in Paris. The chef of Alléno is Yannick Alléno, the most influential chef in France, currently holding 19 Michelin stars with restaurants around the world. The 14 strictly selected guests—opinion leaders in the French market—will have the unique experience of tasting 10 selected Greek wines from the 50 GGW alongside the menu of one of the top restaurants on the planet.
